Your Benefits
Your tier is based on how much you spend in a calendar year. You’ll keep your tier for 12 months, and can upgrade at any time based on your spend.

How do I sign up for Rutherfords Rewards?
Simply download the Rutherfords Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. You'll start earning points right away when you shop in-store.
Do I earn points when shopping online?
Currently, Rutherfords Rewards is available for in-store purchases only. But stay tuned — we’re working on exciting updates for our online customers too!
How do I check my points and rewards?
You can view your points balance, tier status, and available rewards anytime in the Rutherfords Rewards app.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you have an active account and shop with us at least once per year.
How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is based on your total in-store spend during the calendar year. You’ll start each year in the tier you earned the previous year and can move up during the year based on your spend.
What happens when I move up a tier?
You'll instantly unlock the benefits of your new tier, including increased points per £1 spent and additional rewards.
Can I use rewards like discounts or vouchers online?
At the moment, rewards such as 15% off vouchers can only be redeemed in-store.
Do I need to show anything at checkout to earn points?
Yes — simply scan your Rutherfords Rewards app or give your registered phone number at the till.
