Hand sanitising stations are available at the entry and throughout the store.

We have introduced a one way system around both the ground and first floors to make it easier for customers to observe social distancing advice.

There is signage throughout the store to remind customers to observe social distancing guidance, allowing you to browse throughout the store.

Our team will monitor the capacity in store, you may have to queue to enter the store if we are too busy.

We have installed protective screens at till and help points to reduce the spread of coronavirus. Our colleagues have access to face coverings should they wish to wear them. 

There is currently a cashless policy in operation. This is to further reduce the risk of virus transmission.

Some services offered in store have been temporarily closed in line with Government guidance. Our beauty counters are unable to offer the use of testers. Fitting rooms are open and are cleaned after being used.

Customer toilets are open. In line with government guidelines, only 1 individual or bubble may enter the toilets at a time.
